LINFA srl Trade & Consulting is a young company mainly active in the sector of food ingredients, and particularly in food additives and technical consultancy for food industries.
It was founded in 2002 by highly experienced managers, previously operating in multinationals companies, leaders in their markets.
The Product range that we are able to offer to the market, initially developed with soya lecithin (Food, Feed and Technical applications), increased afterwards with the addition of Pectins, Alginates, Locust Bean Gum, Carob Powder and Food grade fibres.
Xanthan Gum and Soy Protein Concentrates do complete our portfolio.
Our soya derivatives (flours, lecithins and concentrates) derive from conventional beans (Non GMO), coming from areas where the cultivation of genetically modified beans is not allowed. IP Documentation is available upon request.

LECSAM SOYA LECITHINS, NON GMO, PRODUCED BY BUNGE FOR FOOD INDUSTRY
With the introduction of new sophisticated PCR detection methods, also the Soft IP lecithins of domestic origin give frequently contradictory results.
LINFA srl offers to the customers a range of lecithins of safe Non GMO origin, imported from Brazil. LECSAM lecithins respect the purity characteristics requested by national and Europeans regulations; they are also safe concerning their documented Non GMO origin.
The LECSAM lecithins have the same physical characteristics as the European lecithins and their performances are absolutely equivalent in applications like chocolate, bakery products, spreadables, sweet and instant products.
